  2. Complete Early College Program (ECP) Commitment Form
  3. Submit Dynamic Forms K-12
 
Interested in ELAC courses not offered at our school?
  1. Apply to ELAC and submit application for Fall 2023 if you do not have ELAC Student ID
  2. Fill out a K-12 Application and print out when completed
  3. Collect Mrs. Corona's signature and parent/guardian signature

TELACU Upward Bound Program Recruitment
We are happy to announce that TELACU will be back on campus starting September!
TELACU is actively recruiting 9th and 10th graders for the program. Through TELACU, students will have access to academic advising, college campus tour, educational workshops, summer programs, and more!
If you are interested in learning more or want to join, stop by the College Center!

Need a work permit?
It must be signed by employer, parent/guardian, and student before you bring it to the College Center with a picture or copy of the student's social security card. 
 

To work, the student must be at least the age of 14 (except for entertainment, agricultural and domestic work).

1) A completed Request for Work Permit (B1-1) form.  Download it by clicking the following link: Work Permit Request Form- Complete it and print out. (PDF)

The form needs to be completed in ink and it must to be signed by the student, the parent, and the employer. ALL SIGNATURES  MUST BE ORIGINAL AND WET.

2) A current ID card (i.e. school, DMV, passport)- CHECK CASHING ID CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!!!!!

3) Birth date proof (i.e. birth certificate, ID with birth date on it, official school record with birth date on it)

Please DO NOT write on the box at the bottom of the page titled "For authorized work permit issuer use ONLY."

There are four systems of higher education: community college, Cal State University (CSU), University of California UC) and private/independent colleges. Each school's application and requirements vary based on the institution. Come into the College Center for further information.
