REGISTRATION DEADLINE IN JANUARY 31, 2023!
STEP 1 - APPLY TO EAST LOS ANGELES COLLEGE @ tinyurl.com/elacapply
Create an OpenCCC account to complete the ELAC application. Record the confirmation number upon completion. *Students that completed a course in Fall 2022 or Spring 2022 do not need to reapply.
STEP 2 - COMPLETE ECP COMMITMENT FORM @ tinyurl.com/SouthGateECP
Fill out sections throughout the form. Remember to input your confirmation number from your ELAC application.
STEP 3 - SUBMIT K-12 FORM THROUGH DYNAMIC FORMS @ tinyurl.com/ELACV2
Create a Dynamic Forms account for you and your parent using personal email addresses. Sign and submit your K-12 form.
REGISTER DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2023!

Step 1: Apply to ELAC for the current semester.
a. Visit ELAC and click on ‘Apply’ located at the top of the page.
b. On the next screen, select the box on the left hand side titled
" College Application"- Apply now!
c. Create an OpenCCC account.
d. Apply to ELAC by completing the online application. After you submit it, take a screenshot of the confirmation number.
In 1-3 days the student will get an email with his/her 9-DIGIT ELAC ID #. It starts with 900....
*NOTE- Spring 2022 & Fall 2022 students do not need to re-apply.
Step 2: Create a dynamic form accounts, one for the student and another for a parent.

Step 3: Sign-in the the ELAC portal to complete, sign, and submit the K-12 Supplemental Application. You will need your 9-digit ELAC ID #.
IMPORTANT: on the ELAC K-12 form add my name and email under school's contact person (counselor):

Step 4: Parent will receive an email to open up the ELAC application and sign it electronically. If the parent doesn't sign it, Mrs. Corona will
not be able to approve your application.
Step 5: Complete the Early College Program Student Commitment Form.
RETURNING STUDENTS- (Students who took an ELAC class in Spring or Fall 2022): START with STEP 3 above
